At FlairPets, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🕒 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

*Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

*You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with:

*A return shipping label, and

* Instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right through a replacement or refund.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including:

*Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, or plants)

*Custom or personalized products

*Personal care or grooming items

*Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on:

*Sale items

*Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item once your return is approved and then make a separate purchase for the new product.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation.
Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase is required.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

*If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

*Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
